Welcome to Unihox Interiors & Spaces. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of Unihox Interiors & Spaces's Website, located at interior.unihox.com, and our custom services.

1. Custom Layouts and Proposals

All custom interior renderings, blueprints, electrical load calculations, and smart hub specifications provided during consultations remain the intellectual property of Unihox Interiors & Spaces until final invoice clearance.

2. Hardware and Device Warranties

For smart automation integration (e.g. Lutron switches, cameras, voice modules), Unihox Interiors & Spaces acts as a system installer. All device warranties are provided directly by their respective manufacturers (such as Samsung, Philips, or Siemens).

3. Client Site Safety

During physical structural and wiring work on-site, the client must ensure safe work parameters. Our teams comply with standard electrical and construction safety codes.

4. Revisions & Scope Adjustments

Each design plan includes three major revisions. Any additional changes in materials selection or wiring blueprints requested after work initiation may incur separate scope fees.
