A comprehensive drawing lounge remodel combining custom brass metal accents, premium Italian marble flooring, and an integrated Dolby Atmos surround sound cinema setup.

The Challenge:

The client wanted a high-end social parlor that could instantly transition into an acoustic private cinema at the touch of a button.

Smart Solution:

We designed concealed acoustic panel walls behind rich wood fluting and integrated a custom Control4 system that dims lights, drops the projection screen, and closes motorized blackout drapes simultaneously.

Italian Carrara marble, custom American walnut fluted wood, brushed brass trim, Lutron smart switches.

Smart Solution:

We created handle-less drawers with Blum soft-close servodrive mechanisms and configured automated lighting triggers that increase illumination automatically when prep counters are in use.

A deep-plan layout with limited natural light during evening hours, which affected the family's sleep-wake cycle.

Smart Solution:

We installed custom tunable white light panels synced to a smart astrological timer, altering color temperature from cool blue-white at noon to warm amber-gold by sunset.
